Return Window

Items may be returned within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the return is due to one of the following:
 
  • The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival
  • You have a valid reason for return (e.g. incorrect item received)
  • You wish to exchange the item for a different size
 

Exchange Policy

If you need a different size, simply send the original item back to us in its original, unworn condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you the requested size (subject to availability).
 

Return Conditions

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items returned without prior communication or outside the 10-day window may not be accepted.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
